Shipping Policy for SUITABILITY
At SUITABILITY, we strive to provide a reliable and seamless shipping experience for our customers both within Saudi Arabia and internationally. To ensure clarity of terms, our shipping policy is as follows:
1. Order Processing and Execution Time
• The processing and execution time for all formal suits, whether in the sizes specified in the sizing guide on the website or in custom sizes requested by the customer, takes between 8 to 10 working days.
• This period does not include delivery or shipping time.
• The processing time may occasionally increase during certain seasons, such as holidays and official events, due to higher order volumes.
2. Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (within Saudi Arabia):
• Aramex: Orders are delivered within 2 to 6 working days.
• Fastlo: Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
International Shipping:
• International orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days, with the understanding that this period may increase occasionally due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or shipping company procedures in the customer’s country.
• Shipping time is calculated based on official working days (Sunday to Thursday) and does not include official or weekend holidays.
3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are paid once the order is confirmed.
• Any additional fees imposed by the authorities in the customer’s country (such as customs duties or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon ordering or when receiving the shipment, according to local laws in the customer’s country.
4. In Case of Refusal to Accept the Shipment
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment for any reason:
• All shipping fees will be deducted.
• The customer will bear the return shipping fees to the origin.
• The customer will bear any additional fees imposed on the shipment by relevant authorities.
5. Shipment Tracking
• After the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number to follow the shipment status via the shipping company’s website.
6. Responsibility After Shipment Handover to the Shipping Company
• Once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company, the responsibility for delivery and maintaining the condition of the parcel lies with the shipping company.
• SUITABILITY is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during transportation.
• If any issues arise regarding the shipment, the customer can contact the shipping company directly.
7. Loss or Damage of Shipment During Transit
• In the event of loss or damage to the shipment during transit, the customer must contact the shipping company directly.
• SUITABILITY is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the order is handed over to the shipping company, but we will make efforts to support the customer in filing an official complaint with the shipping company.
8. Delays Due to Customer Actions
• If the customer delays accepting the shipment or fails to pay the required customs fees on time, SUITABILITY is not responsible for any additional fees or return shipping.
• The customer will bear all costs resulting from this.
9. All Suits on Our Website
• All suits available on our website are made according to the customer’s order, whether in custom sizes or sizes from the size chart.
• As they are made specifically based on the customer’s requirements, they cannot be canceled or returned once the production process has started.
10. Shipping Address and Information
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct and detailed shipping address.
• If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs for reshipping the order.
11. Cancellation or Modification Policies on Shipping
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• If the customer wishes to change the address before shipping, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
12. Reporting Shipment Issues
• The customer must report any issues with the shipment within 24 hours of receiving it.
• If not reported within this period, SUITABILITY will not be obligated to take any action.
