1- Alteration Services for Measurements at SUITABILITY
We provide our clients with alteration services to ensure a perfect fit for the suit.
• If the size does not match the details registered in the order, alterations are made free of charge.
• If it does match, the client may request alterations for a fee, whether to reduce or expand the garment according to her needs, with no limit on the number of adjustments.
• Service fees are determined based on the type of alteration required, with prices starting at 150 SAR.
2- Maintenance Services at SUITABILITY
A. Button and Handcrafted Details Repair Service
• If the client notifies us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, repairs are provided free of charge.
• After this period, repairs are carried out for a fee starting at 50 SAR.
B. Jacket Lining Repair Service
• Improper washing or ironing may cause the jacket’s inner lining to tear.
• We can restore the lining to its original condition for a symbolic fee determined by the type of repair required.
C. Shoulder Padding Repair Service
• Incorrect storage, ironing, or washing of the jacket may cause the internal padding to clump or become uneven.
• We can service the shoulder padding and restore it to its original state for a fee starting at 150 SAR.
D. Fabric Replacement Service in Damaged Areas
• If the jacket is burned, damaged, or impaired due to improper ironing, we can replace the affected fabric for a fee starting at 400 SAR.
• This service is available provided that the original fabric is available to ensure complete design consistency.
3- Cleaning and Care Service for the Suit at SUITABILITY
A. Provision of Care Instructions
• With every purchase, we provide detailed care instructions on how to maintain the suit’s quality for as long as possible.
• The client can choose to receive the instructions as a printed copy with the order or digitally via email or WhatsApp.
B. Suit Refreshment Service
• To keep the suit looking its best after a period of use, we offer a professional cleaning and ironing service, along with lining alterations when needed.
• Prices for this service start at 300 SAR, with the final cost determined by the suit’s condition and the client’s requirements.
